Qn: How can I change or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Ans: We regret to inform you that once an order has been placed, it will not be possible to make any amendments or cancellation because the order would have been sent immediately to SingPost for processing. Hence, before you confirm your order, please do a quick check to ensure everything is in order.
 
Qn: What payment methods do you accept?
Ans: We currently accept credit/debit cards or you can pay via your PayPal account.
 
Qn: Do I need PayPal account in order to purchase an item?
Ans: No, you can make a purchase by credit / debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to PayPal payment page, you will be presented with 2 options: (1) Pay using credit cards, and (2) Log in PayPal account.
 
Qn: Which credit / debit cards do you accept?
Ans: We accept VISA and MasterCard.
 
Qn: How much is the delivery cost?
Ans: First time delivery is free and strictly within Singapore only.
We are unable to deliver to Sentosa Island, military camps, protected areas and locations as gazetted by Singapore government and the following areas: Changi Airfreight Centre, Jurong Island, PSA Terminal / Wharves – Tanjong Pagar & Sembawang & Pasir Panjang and MINDEF COMCEN.

In the event that you are not available to receive the merchandise at the requested date and time of delivery, SingPost will leave a delivery note for you to collect the parcel from the nearest Post Office or you can arrange for re-delivery at your own cost.

Qn: When can I receive the merchandise?
Ans: Please allow 6 working days from the date of order submission for the merchandise to be delivered to you.
 
Qn: Can I change the delivery timing once it has been submitted?
Ans: Once the delivery date and timing has been submitted, it is sent immediately to SingPost for processing so we regret that changes in delivery date and timing will not be permitted.
